<p class="prntaj"><span>就</span><span>FC-BGA</span><span>等</span><span>需要高難度超微工程的半導體基板產品</span><span>而言，即使是</span><span>微小的異物</span><span>（</span><span>眉毛、口水等</span><span>），</span><span>也會導致</span><span>品質</span><span>不良</span><span>，因此，在</span><span>生產過程中盡量減少人與產品的接觸是關鍵。</span></p>
<p class="prntaj"><span>為此</span><span>，</span><span>LG Innotek</span><span>在</span><span>「</span><span>Dream Factory</span><span>」</span><span>引進了物流</span><span>全</span><span>自動化系統</span><span>。事實上，在</span><span>「Dream Factory」裡很少會遇到人，因為除了設備維護及修理等必需人力之外，包含十餘個階段的FC-BGA工藝流程及物流流程都在走向無人化系統。</span></p>
<p class="prntaj"><span>與之</span><span>相反</span><span>，</span><span>在</span><span>「</span><span>Dream Factory</span><span>」裡可以看到</span><span>數十台自動機器人</span><span>（</span><span>AMR</span><span>，</span><span>Autonomous Mobile Robot</span><span>）</span><span>通過無人駕駛往返於生產線各處運送材料</span><span>。如果按照</span><span>RTS（Real Time Schedule）內輸入的顧客交貨期自動下達生產訂單，AMR就會將原材料運送到工藝設備上。工藝設備自動感應原材料上的條形碼，通過RMS（Recipe Management System）自動在設備上設置符合產品規格的工藝配方，產品加工就會正式開始。將工藝流程結束的產品重新裝載到跟蹤器（Stocker）上也是AMR的任務。</span></p>
<p class="prntaj"><span>此外，去除</span><span>面板保護膜</span><span>（</span><span>Film Detach</span><span>）</span><span>的工藝也將由機器人代替人類</span><span>，由此</span><span>可以預防諸如微刮擦或粉塵之類的異物</span><span>成為</span><span>不良因素。在整個</span><span>工藝流程</span><span>中構建協作機器人</span><span>這</span><span>樣的非</span><span>接觸式（</span><span>Non-Touch</span><span>）</span><span>生產設備</span><span>，</span><span>大幅減少因作業者</span><span>導致</span><span>的</span><span>操作</span><span>性不良。</span></p>
